What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Property records, in our process, must reconcile across three sources before a villa is accepted: identity documents, title paperwork, and the agreement appointing the handler. Where the three do not agree, the villa does not become a listing on Bali Villa Experts.

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Repetition is the structural choice the catalogue rests on. Three inspections per villa, separated by days or weeks, is how we make sure the listing describes the property rather than the day.

Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
If a photo requires a 16mm lens to be bookable, the room behind it doesn't belong in the catalogue. The conclusion is structural; we apply it without exception.

We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Curation, in the way Bali Villa Experts uses the word, includes acting on guest feedback rather than only reading it. Acting means delisting villas that fail to support continued inclusion.

Anonymous landlords are common in some segments of the Bali villa market. They are not common on Bali Villa Experts' catalogue, and the absence is intentional.

Water pressure is measured at every tap during inspection. Low pressure on any fixture is documented and either fixed or noted in the listing.
