What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Between visits, the villa does not know it is being watched. That is the entire point — the property has to be itself during a normal week, not its inspection-day self.

We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Before listing, the platform's guest-record review must close in 'list' rather than 'archive'. The review can close either way, and the archive proves it.

Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Reference checks with prior platforms and prior handlers are part of the intake review. The checks are most useful for catching patterns that documents alone might miss.
