Client Review
What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!
Client Review
Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!
Client Review
We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Every villa earns its place on this list.
Most listings on the internet rest on photographs nobody can vouch for. On Bali Villa Experts, every image carries a shoot day, a photographer, and an inspection report behind it.

01
Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Visit one happens with the owner expecting it. Visit two and three are arranged differently, because consistent performance under owner attention is not the same as consistent performance over a guest's stay.
-
02
Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
One rule we don't relax is the in-house camera requirement. The rule has cost the platform meaningfully and saved the catalogue from drift many times.
-
03
We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
What we measure most carefully is the gap between catalogue claims and guest experience. Bali Villa Experts' workflow is built to close that gap structurally.
-
04
Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Only villas with documented operational chains appear on the catalogue. The documentation is the editorial standard, enforced at acceptance and reapplied on material change.
-
05
All listed appliances tested and working at inspection
Imagine the gap, at check-in, between a listing built on owner statements and one built on tested verification. Bali Villa Experts' testing exists to close that gap.
